    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 2759--A Bill to amend and reenact §16-4C-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating generally to certification of emergency medical service personnel; providing minimum requirements for staffing ambulances with emergency services personnel; removing outdated language; providing that certain applicants seeking renewal of an emergency medical service personnel are not required to take a cognitive and skills examination; and removing statutory certification and recertification fees.
